Community ManagerHi there. Let's make sure you're properly power cycling your equipment. Unplug your modem/router for at least 2 minutes. Also, hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off. Turn everything back on and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
