Leaving a update to my problem, ive managed to fix the crashes, idk if it was the fact i got a new gpu or the fact i turnes down my performance cores on my cpu.

 

hope this helps anyone, my cpu performance cores were running on rly high and made bluescreens and crashes. Gl to everyone hope u manage to fix it
