Error Code #2 - Unable to Load Save Profile in Real Racing 3

Dear Firemonkeys Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with Real Racing 3. Whenever I attempt to load my save profile or back up to my cloud save, I receive the following error message:

"DOWNLOAD FAILED

There was an error loading the save profile, please contact Firemonkeys support and report error code #2."

I have tried troubleshooting on my end but have been unable to resolve the problem. Could you please assist me in fixing this issue? I’d appreciate any guidance or steps you can provide to restore my save profile and resume gameplay.
