I bought spore awhile back on steam but I haven't been able to connect to the servers. What do i do?

Hi i'm having the same issue. I bought spore on steam, but when i try and login on the game with my EA account, it says server connection issues. I've tried to find a spot to submit a trouble ticket but I'm having no luck.
I am in the same boat! I can't submit proof of payment because I can't even start a ticket!

I'm having the same issue, I need help with my spore account not being able to connect to the server.
I just logged onto the EA APP only to find EA removed all my PAID FOR Spore stuff. What gives? I Bought the DELUXE Edition (RETAIL DVD) in 2008, I thought that meant a lifetime of ownership... I'll just buy it on Steam, since EA is Sketchy & robs it's customers blind.
EA_Pulsar I cannot contact support through that link and see no way to create a case invovling spore.
