Hi, new to community forums. Partner has bought disc for above game but Origins does not exist. How does he upload from disc to be able to play please? TIA

I'm in the same situation now , I bought the disc and the origin won't let me log in and the redeem code has already been redeemed. Did you manage to sort out a way to play - I have no idea what I am supposed to do

Community ManagerHey egunner1998 if you purchased a used copy of the game and the code has already been used, then unfortunately, you will not be able to redeem it to your account and play.
The best thing would be to speak with the retailer for a refund.
