Fight Night Champion Term and Condition

I recently got Fight Night Champion to play against my friend but unfortunately every time I try to login in it always appears “Unable to retrieve the EA™ Terms and Conditions at this time. You will not be able to sign online until you accept the EA™ Terms and Conditions.” I tried logging in other EA games to accept nothing happens. Hard reset nothing happens. How come my friend can play the online version and I can’t

    If you have the Xbox Game Pass download the game SSX and accept the terms and conditions on that game. That's how I fixed mine
