Gem offer

I did the gem offers but they told they will give the gems after an hour. It’s been 5 hours still I did not get my 50k gems pls EA redeem by gems as I am an f2p player. working soo hard to improve my team. they tell activity completed but I still did not get the rewards. pls ea look into this.
