GL: 5626 Not Found

Hello people of the world again. I finally was able to reinstall the game but it still won't fully launch. This pop up would come up after a while. What do I do? Is there any way to get y game starte...

Ok I tried something different and I got spore to work again, BUT (XD) I can't open the page to access my registration code, is there anyway to to look into that on how to retrieve my registration code? OK nvm I was able to verify my game but I still don't know where to get my registration code to be able to play the game, what now?
