I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble contacting EA Help. What product and subject are you selecting when trying to contact support? Usually, picking the options "EA Account" and "I want to update my EA account information" will give you the option to contact support via chat.

I’ve tried this many times over the last few days. Every time I try to contact support via chat, it’s asked for the platform, and a subject line with attachment options. When I send, it takes me back to Home Screen. I have not received any support back, not through my ea account or my email. I also submitted a case that hasn’t been responded to. I just keep reaching out with nothing coming back.
Community ManagerHey sketchy_finger, can you please confirm the product and subject you're selecting? Also, if you keep being redirected to the home page and don't get the chat option, can you please try using the browser in incognito mode?
