game disappeared

October 12, 2025. The problem was resolved in three months.

This is not a perfect solution and ultimately failed to merge accounts.

The conclusion was that the problem arose because the game could not be moved.

Sometimes, a counselor may not be able to resolve your issue. You may even change counselors multiple times.

Even if it's difficult, don't give up.
Providing too much information at once can make it difficult for the counselor to properly understand your issues. If you have multiple issues, address them one by one.
Actively seek out a counselor who can help you resolve your issues.

If you are considering merging your accounts or moving games, please exercise caution.

Game purchase history may not be retrieved by the system.

Be sure to keep your purchase receipt.

2. Account linking fails with steam - solved

3. Nickname cannot be changed. i want to change my nickname to momzimmom. but it says aleady used it.

4. i Can't connect to counselor or email. I waited for 2 months but there was no response -

October 7, 2025. The agent only resolved problem 2 and then disconnected the connection.

October 10, 2025. Now when I request to connect with a counselor, a screen just pops up saying that an email has been sent. However, the consultation records are not stored anywhere. I waited for two days but still received no response.

    The feature doesn't seem to be working.

    As you can see in the screenshot, the task repeats infinitely.

    Okay, I've changed the contents of the attached file to English as you requested.

    However, there is nothing i can do because the purchase receipt cannot be changed.

    I'm sorry, but I don't know how to edit the contents of the attached file. For that reason, I'm renaming the file and attaching it as a comment.

    For attached files, you cannot open the link by clicking on it immediately after uploading it. You can open the link by clicking on it after waiting a little while and refreshing the page.

    Attachments no name0.png and no name1.png are purchase receipts.

    Attachments no name2.png and no name3.png are about the chat with the counselor you mentioned, but it still doesn't work and gets stuck in an infinite loop.

     

    Again, please don't just say "Issue Resolved."
    It might be a simple message to you, but to me, it's a critical issue, with my precious account and game at stake.
    With both the customer service chat and email currently unavailable, this is the only way I can communicate with the staff.

  • It's been a month since the game disappeared from my library.

    I've tried contacting them dozens of times, but I still haven't heard back.

    When I contact them via live chat, they tell me to contact them via the forum, and when I contact them via the forum, they tell me to contact them via live chat.

    Who should I ask for help?

    How long will it take for this problem to be resolved?
