Help, please? It’s likes Im in a dead space

Hi All.

I was a play tester for Skate. Done all of the insider bits, commented on the forums etc. Too. I didn’t get my insider title, or any rewards. I really just want the title. Can someone please. Please. Please. Point me in the right direction? Also I have even tried logging in boa steam and the EA app, because google seemed to think that might be the fix. It wasn’t.  Thank you
