How do I change Spore's Language

Redeemed Spore Game Key from Steam, I chose the language option with English included but the game installed in Japanese. How can I change it to English?

Edit: I've attempted reinstalling the game, it gives me the install in english option but when I open the game it is still in Japanese.

    Open the Steam settings for Spore (right-click on Spore and select "Properties"
    Then, go to the "Language" tab, and select the language you want to play the game with.

    also you can add -locale:en-us in SET LAUNCH PROPERTIES in general. 


    Problem solved!
