I want to get my free copy of Spore for Origin, I have bought it on Steam and I have a receipt. I know EA has to give me an Origin copy of the game if I have it on Steam. How do I contact EA help to get it done in the fastest way? I created a case but they just don't contact me.

If you bought Spore on Steam and you are unable to use online features, please reach out to our support team on our website so we can look into this for you. Please also prepare your proof of purchase beforehand to help the team confirm your order. The response time can take a couple of hours or even days.
I would love to contact the support team but the chat prompt does not appear on any closely relevant topics I choose. I have a case opened on the topic, so I was able to find it before. I have a screenshot of my Steam receipt there. I didn't get any answers yet, do I just wait?
