How to recover Spore account

As you can see, it's got the exo limbs and the bot parts on it. Unfortunately, as you can also see, I made the account in 2008, and it's 2018 now. Ten years later, I cannot remember the password or the email for this account. I am in trouble here, and would like to know if there's a way I can recover my old account if I can't find the email. Can anyone help out?
