How to transfer game from Steam to EA Apps

Question

I'm waiting for a response from EA support, I bought Spore and Spore: Galactic Adventures on Steam.
In order for me to have a registered account with Spore, I need to have one with EA Apps.
But I can't transfer Spore through an activation code, because it's simply not available on Steam.
Dear EA, please tell me where to send receipts for the purchase of these games so that after that you can add them to my EA Apps account.

For the contact options, try picking&nbsp;Spore - Creature Creator&nbsp;|&nbsp;PC&nbsp;&nbsp;|&nbsp;Manage my account&nbsp;|&nbsp;Can't log in&nbsp;so it gives you the right contact options.
