I bought Spore but did not receive an activation code

Trying to keep my temper here.

There appears to be NO WAY for me to get my code NOR FOR ME TO CONTACT EA. This site is pointless. I called support and the automated message said file a case on help.ea.com. JOKE! There is no "file a case" on help.ea.com. Just a dead end.

I received my order confirmation, my welcome and verified my email address.

No activation key. And no-one to contact.

    You guys need to fix your customer support....like the guy said above, theres no * contact number for you.....theres also no * "call me" to enter the number for you to call.  Serious issues.  I will no longer buy EA games because of this.

    I paid for Spore many hours ago, however the purchase is pending even though it says it will go through within 30 minutes.

    1) What is your phone number?  I am in the US.

    2) Call me at 908-420-7247 asap....consider this my "call me" request that you advertise and explain on your site.....but THERE'S NO * PLACE TO ENTER MY NUMBER.

    3) Give my son this * game or give me my money * *.
