"

What happens when my EA Forums account is deleted?

When your EA Forums account has been deleted:

  • all of your personally identifiable information will be deleted
  • your remaining data will be anonymized, and all your EA Forums content will be attributed to an anonymous user with a standard username and default avatar.

We can’t restore deleted EA Forums accounts."

  • Well, seems this has worked and EA support has processed the request. Locking the thread.

If you are unable to verify the account is yours, nothing will be deleted/deactivated.

If you are confident you can verify your identity, you can make contact again, stating clearly what you want to occur.

    Thanks.

That's not the the problem bud, they were able to verify it is my account. The chat specialists have all said "our tool does not give us the ability to do this".

Please unmark this as a solution as I have stated in the clearest terms to chat support what I want to occur and have proven my identity. There is an issue with EA's customer service tool not allowing them to delete my account. This needs to be sent to higher ups than you.
