I cant login to spore with EA account

I recently purchased Spore on Steam, and I have made an EA account and confirmed it. but when I try to use my EA account to make a Spore account, it tells me "An unknown error occurred during registration, please try again." but every time I try again it comes up with the same message. does anyone know how to fix this?

    this is not good. Spore is not transferable, so if you bought it secondhand - is it not playable

    I see you've already  3 posting to this problem, already on Steam post here.

    If you bought it on Steam with another Steam account you need to contact Steam support.

    Because EA cannot help you in this case

    So it's 2020, I buy an EA game (spore) via steam, run it, fill my EA credentials... zilch. Email and password don't match? They do, in my EA account web browser window they do. Also on the spore webpage it shows my EA credentials. What is going on?

    I already filed a money back claim, meanwhile - since it's 2020 - you could show us customers some magic, or else try to introduce your left hand to the right one.

    @FaZe_Rato EDIT I went so far as to install origin and spore. The same, no login. It is EA's fault. Crapware.

    As you can see in the photo on my end I see no CD Key even though i followed your prompts.

    when i click cd keys, it doesnt pop up with any keys, just a paragraph explaining cd keys to me, what do i do ??
