I am but when I get to the page it says what game is it related to and it's not a game problem. I tried putting apex legends but when I submit and go to my cases page it's not there. I tried it multiple time. What should I do
You can choose EA Account instead of Apex Legends. Choosing Apex Legends is fine as well. If you don't see your case, it's not getting submitted.

Im sorry I might be slow but I am doing what your saying by typing EA Account but it literally auto deletes. I also been trying other options on the " What kind of Issue are you having" and no matter what I choose it always pulls up that rest of the dropdown menu on the screenshot I took last time

Where it says, "What kind of issue are you having?", type "update email address". Then choose Update EA Account from the options displayed. Then choose Apex Legends for the game. Choose your platform and add a description of the issue. Then hit the submit button and you should get the option for chat.
