"Internal application Error"

Hi, I've bought the game from steam recently, and also registered for a spore account on spore.com. However when I try to login using my credentials, after I clicked "ok" at the confirm entitlement box, "Login Failed" will popup and in the details it says internal application error. Please teach me how to fix this..

I already tried to contact EA help team, but upon Complete request it just direct me to this Answer HQ ☹️
