Login issue

When I try to play it says my login information with ea has expired since I haven’t used it in some time. The problem is the email associated with it and the one linked to my Xbox I no longer have access to. I started a new account under my new email but I can’t unlink my Xbox from the old email address because it keeps sending email to that address. Any help would be appreciated as I can’t play the game at all right now.
