Cannot register into Spore's online features on Steam and there is no CD Key

     I am trying to use the online features of a collection for Spore I have purchased on Steam (receipt attached), but I cannot log in, even with my EA credentials, and when I heard I must also have it in my EA account via using the CD keys, I found the ones for the Creepy and Cute as well as Galactic Adventures addons but I was unable to find the key for the base game.

Is there any way this can be resolved?
