Lost registration code

I have lost my user manual for Spore, so I don't have the registration key. It is not installed on my computer so I can't find it using the regedit method. I have the CD and the CD-cover, and access to my origin account which the game was registered to, but it doesn't show up on "my games". I can log in at spore.com, but how can I redeem my product key?

Please help!!

    You said you added your key on Origin. In this case it should be traceable by customer support.

    Therefore I would suggest contacting a game advisor.
