matenince or problem?

Whenever I start my game it doesn't work I understand it is during matenice but on the spore forums it said that you can play spore but online features won't work but my game dosent work at all. Is that a problem or is it just matenice please anwser

    Can you please be more specific? You can't just say "it doesn't work". How does it not work? Are you getting a blackscreen? Is it crashing? Are there graphical issues that are hindering the gameplay? Once you give this information then I or someone else can provide further help.
