Medal of Honor (2010): The License Limit Has Been Reached

I encountered that error message this morning after launching the game from the EA App. EA Help is absolutely worthless, because it forces you to use the chatbot to discuss the issue, and when it asks you which EA game you need help with, if you type in Medal of Honor, it doesn't recognize the title and puts you into an endless loop. Apparently, in the past you could contact EA support, and they would do a de-authorization to fix the issue. But how do you contact EA Support if you can't even get through the AI chatbot to begin with?

    Hey scottcsmith​, I'm really sorry to hear that you're having problems with MOH and can't contact EA Help. 

    Please try going to this page, scrolling down to the bottom, and clicking on "Contact Us". When asked about the issue, mention that you need assistance with your EA account, and you should be able to reach an EA advisor. 

    Let us know how that goes.
