Mercenaries

Dear EA or whoever is reading this 

I know I’m a voice in a million others and so far probably won’t be seen. I have always loved the mercenaries games especially the second. I know  the company pandemic doesn’t exist anymore. The memories I made with the game being able to call in airstrikes earning money and just the chaos really hits home. I’m excited for bf6 for sure played early access but there’s always a part of me that would just hope another mercenaries gets made or maybe a remaster. My grammar is bad so sorry for that. I know some people would love it also and I can’t be the only one who feels this way.

    First Korea, second Venezuela. After the ending of Mercs 2 I was led to believe that the furious Viking would make his way to India.

    To the EA Development & Publishing Team,

     

    I am writing as a dedicated fan of the Mercenaries franchise, which remains one of the most innovative open-world action series ever made. The combination of sandbox destruction, player freedom, and faction-based storytelling made Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction and Mercenaries 2: World in Flames unique experiences that continue to be remembered fondly by gamers worldwide.

     

    The demand for a revival of Mercenaries is still strong within the gaming community. Many fans would love to see a modern remaster of the original games or even a full sequel that brings the series to new consoles and PC. EA has shown a willingness to revisit beloved franchises, such as Mass Effect Legendary Edition and Dead Space, and Mercenaries deserves the same treatment.

     

    Please consider bringing back the Mercenaries series, whether through a remaster, remake, or entirely new game. There is a passionate fan base ready to support it, myself included.

    Would love to see it happen myself mrstrangertv​ but I'm not aware of any such plans.

    Still think that the second one for sheer stupid fun is hard to beat.
