Mirror edge installation failure, product key unavailable.

Yes, when I tried to install it, at  96% ask me for product key to finish, I couldnt see it in the menu properties of the game. when I canceled it, it appeared as "pending update"

Here is when I go to properties

So, there´s no "error screen" just a dead end...without the key I can't finish the install, but the key is not where it is supposed to be
