My Account is Locked!!

Question

I Dont know how to unlock my ea account!!
ive tried many ways, i went on the contact us and put my product and platform and issue in it and it went to the click live chat button, BUT.
I click it and waited 30mins and still no live chat, It just says Thanks For contacting EA! please wait while we connect you to an Ea Advisor.&nbsp;
Please help me.

If you still having troubles contacting EA Advisors, you might also try&nbsp;to&nbsp;use this direct phone number&nbsp;+44&nbsp;203 014 1818. Hope you are able to get into contact with an EA Advisor like this.
