My game isn't showing in my app library!

I got the spore galactic edition as a gift not long after the game was launched and when clearing my mums loft I found my game. I wanted to play it again and found that I needed to install the new EA app and add my serial code to my account. When I do this I keep getting an error saying that the game has already been redeemed but it isn't in my library. Although I can play a limited version of the game direct from DVD it would be nice to play the up to date game.

Please help!!
