My Game Will Not Register as Purchased

I have purchased this game over 4 months ago and have been trying to tough it out and be patient. now I am just not happy and want a fix to this, I bought it in December through steam (this if the eleventh purchase I have made through steam that has transferred over to EA). I have talked in the help chats and nothing has worked, can someone just tell me what to do here, before I say screw it and just buy it again.
