Need to transfer Spore to my EA account

Do not tell me to "keep trying contact support", because I can not. The "live chat" AI just tells me to refer to self help that doesn't answer my issue. I need a way to contact support, but there is none - when I try to open live chat, it just tells me that it is not an issue that's supported by it. Please, do not lock this thread without answering the question. The ticket system also just sends me back to the self-help page which, again, doesn't help.

Please tell me how exactly, precisely do I pester the AI or whatever to connect me with a support agent? Or is there an email I can contact that will actually respond?
