Never got Registration code

I had it on the receipt on Origin the day I got it, installed it, played it for a day.  Then the install corrupted, and I've had to reinstall the game... and now it wants the code again.  However, I can't access that old receipt, I never got a confirmation e-mail, and when I click the "i" in my Games Library there's no serial code.  There's no code in the purchase history version of the receipt, either.
