No skate. download for PS5

Have seen the mentioned in other threads but not answered so thought id try giving it its own thread.  

entered my code in PS5 and nothing has happened.  Can’t enter code again as says already been used.  

it shows in my transaction history as skate. Closed alpha free game.  

any ideas ?

    Go to Home Screen and check your library under “your collection” it should be there. I got picked as well but didn’t sign up in time this weeekend so now I gotta wait unfortunately. At least you got it.

    I'm having exact same issue!

    Got my access code in an email. I redeemed the code in PSN, took me into the downloads screen. I clicked on the PS5 version, said it couldn't find the title, then I backed out and it closed the whole thing so I can't proceed to download. 

     

    It says my code is redeemed so now I have no way of downloading it and it also shows in my transaction history.

    I reckon we need another code sending or the original codes we were sent being reset in order to access it. Didn't think this would be part of the playtest!
