Cant unlink Ea account from xbox

I totally get your frustration! This seems like such an annoying loop with no clear solution. If EA Help keeps telling you to do it yourself but the option isn't even there, that’s just unfair. They really need to address this issue properly because you’re definitely not the only one stuck like this. Hope they actually listen and fix it soon

Yes, I have the same problem, and EA told me the same thing. It's so annoying that they and I cannot sort it out.

I am in this same situation! I am unable to remove my sister-in-law (nephew)'s account that is also linked to my EA Account. Support is absolutely no help saying they can't do anything about it, but I can't either and Xbox says to contact EA Support. 

I feel like this is a massive data issue and we have a right to potentially seek legal counsel regarding this if someone from EA can't step in and remedy these issues. 

I have the same problem happening, I explained exactly what's happening and "support" just tells me to wait it out and do it myself.

Also having the same problem and had multiple chats with EA just ends up being a continuous loop of no help and being told there’s nothing they will do to fix it. Super frustrating!! My sister bought split fiction to play with me and we can’t play because we found out my EA account is linked to her Xbox profile and mine and we can’t unlink it.
