Okay this is the only way I know how to solve it:
1. Get steam
2. If you can copy the pc key for spore there is a chance steam will let you play it on steam for free
3. if that works or you end up buying it from steam (sorry if you have to) then go to this link https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=582350678
