Petition for Spore 2

I, and a lot of Spore fans would like to see a second part. Is that possible to get you to make it trough a petition, and if yes how many signatures would I have to collect?

Thanks, Greg

Thank you for your interest and play

Unfortunately, a petition is not possible
The studio that developed "Spore" it was closed many years ago

Therefore, there will be no successor

Thanks for your patience and understanding

  • I think the best shot we have at getting "Spore 2" is the community making their own spore-like game. But who are going to be the brave ones to put such a massive project on their shoulders.

Childified? IMO it is all EA can do since the sims 4 in simulation games. It annoys me endlessly.

  • People ask for Spore sequel (a game released +17 years ago), and a billion dollar company won't make it, while still holding its rights and code, is insane greed.

I'm sure if EA wanted to work on Spore 2 we would have it (just hope it isn't full of microtransactions and mini dlcs like the sims 4, which is the reason people are now playing Inzoi). But they somehow think it wouldn't sell much... lol, just out of nostalgia alone this would be millions of copies + new players.

I still think of Spore till this day. It was a beautiful game despite all of its flaws.

Anyway, hope EA one day has an eye for this, and hires the right team to do this.
