So i've lately had an issue many steam players had. EA decided to screw customers over by removing access to CD Keys and all that stuff.
I would try and contact EA Help for the possibility of a prouct key, but the EA Help site feels so confusing i literally cannot find where to actually reach it. Any help would be greatly appreciateD!

Thank you for responding to my question. After some struggle, i managed to begin a case. However, i have received two emails, both from someone called "Kunal S." One mentions of an origin verification, while the other talks of a one-time code to an EA Advisor. I am confused as how to proceed.
Hi do you know if this has been sorted yet? I'm having the same issue with sims 4 package when i brought it from CD Keys
