I created a Spore account recently (I didn't have an account before), and after creating it, I lost all creations I've made prior to creating an account. And now the creatures from my saves are completely random everytime I load the save. Along with it, if I try to enter Captain Outffiter from Space Stage, the game crashes. I need help to fix it.

Thanks for helping me. But it didn't work. I forgot to mention the likely reason for the crash. I think it's because after creating my account, I lost all creations made before it. So when I click the symbol to see my captain, no captain really exists anymore, so the game don't find any captain and just crashes. And I still have the random creatures problem that happens for the same reason.

Oh no that's important information!
If you have before already lost all the creations, you can't restore it,
unless you have a backup of your creations under > > My Documents/MySporeCreations/Creatures

Yes, I have it and the first thing I did even before creating this post was put the creations folder in the Spore folder. However, it didn't work. And the creations I lost were the ones I created off-line, and were in my saves. When I created an account, I lost all creations that I've made off-line. That causes the crashes and random creatures in my saves. Moving the creations folder to Spore folder didn't do anything, my creatures still random. I need a fix to that. And also, what exactly should I do with the My Spore creations folder? I appreciate your help!

Keep an eye under C:\Users\(USERNAME)\Documents\My Spore Creations
If the subfolder blank yes or no. If not, it's good sign..

Thanks for helping. I didn't find ServerCache.package, I only deleted GraphicsCache.package, however it didn't work. And just asking, how can I see subfolder blanking "yes or no". I didn't understand that.
Oh, and I should told this earlier. I lost my creations after deleting the Spore Steam folder. I did that because it was necessary to install it in Origin, so I could create my account. Then I reinstalled Spore in Steam through Verify Integrity of Game Cache. After that, when I go play the game, those problems happens.
The problem is, you've deleted the Spore Steam folder! You should have done before a backup , only then delete a folder!
You've always your created content, including the Saved Games. I used for this case a separate USB stick.
If you installed Spore, you can roll back anytime all your creations & saved games.
I think in your case , you'd lost throughout deleting Spore Steam Folder all your own creations.

I have everything that you showed in the images, but even having the folder complete as you showed, the creations still lost. I have two folders, the my spore creations folder in my own language (it's not english), and another with english and my language mixed. There's one subfolder of each language in the second folder I mentioned. I have the folder, the subfolders and the documents as you showed, but it still don't work.
The Mainfolder under "AppData/Roaming/Spore is always in english
In contrast to the other folder "MySporeCreations", he supports your mother tongue
Each of these sub-folders may be present 1x
1x Creatures
1x Cell
1x UFOs
etc
The best thing would be if you can share a picture of your "MySporeCreations Folder"
Let me see if they really didn't duplicate and at the end you've got a mixed language. This could also cause the problem!
