Recover old lost account

I have an old account that I know the username to but can't access. I want to get my creations I made on it, but since theres no way to see what email it uses I have no way to access it. It may be an issue of some sort of account name change that I may have forgot doing that didn't transfer well to spore, because when I tried doing password recovery with all my other emails I got nothing, so it must have been made with the email I am currently using for my account? Its a confusing situation but I dont know what to try.
