There is no registration code in the confirmation email.
Please send me the registration code for the Spore purchase. How do I get it

If you bought Spore on Origin, the key can be found in your Origin client under MY GAMES > mouse over Spore. Hit the exclamation mark and you will find the details.
In case you bought the game from a different retailer, I would suggest getting in contact with the seller in question for the key.
