I download SPORE and it requires a register code which I haven't been given please send it to me

It is the third day and I can't play.

    if you bought the game on a disc, look on the game manual. if you bought it online, look in your email

    I bought the game online Order Num. 1001445586645 Order Date: 02/03/15 but I haven't recived an email with the register code. Please send it.
