Registration Code

I bought Spore years ago.  I have the original manual in the original case that has the registration code.  The computers that I previously installed the game on have died, while Spore was installed.  Now, I want to play Spore on my current laptop, but cannot.  I have tried the chat (using Chrome), and get an error code.  I tried the phone call thing where they call you back and nothing.  I have the proof of purchase, and I want to play my game.  Can someone help?

    I have the Creature Creator and the Creepy & Cute Parts Pack, also.  The only thing I don't have is the Galactic Adventures (not needed when you can't get past Tribal Stage).
