retrieving serial number for spore

I have lost my serial number for spore. I have logged in to spore website, It knows I own both spore and creature creator. I heard that if you are logged into online than ea can retrieve your serial number for you.  Also I have recently been having problems changing my email, as I was originally logged in as [edit: email address removed], but this has since been lost and unused. (hotmail currupted my file was deemed unretrievable and but existed so I couldn't recreate) so I started a gmail account. Now I have changed it in EA but it won't change in my other logins. but I need any responses to go to [edit: email address removed].. not hotmail.
