Robocraft Launch Error

I have played this game before and it worked... (quite a long time ago)  I'm not sure if this is an EA game but hopefully I can get some help.

Whenever I open the game up and click the Launch button it says Initalizing Roboshield then a pop-up saying Launch Error StartService failed (1058) I have looked online and on Youtube to try to fix this but I have found no solution...  I've also tryed deleting and re-installing it multiple times but that doesn't help me at all. 😞
