serial code from steam has been exchanged

I need help to fix an issue with my account. I haven't used Origin to play my games, in fact I don't have games in Origin. I mainly use Steam, but now that I was in need of using it, it has shown a problem.
The thing is that I have Spore registered in Steam, I tried to add the game to Origin but it says the code has been exchanged, I checked in my two accounts of Origin (I had registered with my two emails for some reason, I wish it was only one) and the game is not there. So I think I may have been hacked or something and want to fix that problem, I have proof of being the legitimate owner of my game and I want to add it to Origin so I can play Spore with all the features that I don't have in Steam.

P.S: I'm reporting this as a problem since I've seen people having the game both in steam and in Origin at the same time with the same code.
You have to go through Origin support at https://help.ea.com/ with your serial code, and an advisor should be able to add the game directly to your account.
