Sims Freeplay "free" jeep

The free Jeep is not showing up in game. I've contacted support with no answer about the missing Jeep. Several friends also did not get to claim the Jeep but were prompted that it was up and coming. Half the people did not get a free Jeep. If you're going to have content that's free for everyone maybe help them with a patch or get back to them in support.  Please resend the jeeps.

    I have same problem. I'm VIP level 15 and did not receive the jeep or the last vehicle either.  They should certainly make these available through a patch or the dealership. This really is messed up and making me mad 😠 very disappointed.
