Sketch Stream Packs

I recently watched and claimed the packs to the correct linked ea account. I linked it ahead of the stream, but was told by customer support that it wasn’t. Then was told I wouldn’t receive the packs or talk to anyone else. They were unhelpful and mildly rude. I’d like to receive the packs that I correctly followed the instructions for.
