spore crashes when creature edit mode is loading

spore crashes when creature edit mode is loading. I have tried to verify the integrity of the game files and I tried to reinstall the game but it all didn't work

@black_hawk164536 Wanted to see if Spore was still crashing? Do you have any mods with the game?
