NCAA 26 S9 ISSUE WITH GRAD

So I have played through the crazy amount of glitches in ncaa 26 and am excited for 27 and hoping it will be less glitch free but I am getting these cards to upgrade a Steve Shockey but I never received him at the start of the season.  Can someone please fix this on my accont please?  Username is iambeekeeeboyy on xbox.
