The CRC - cyclic redundancy check error can come from many causes. Corrupted files on your PC, registry corruption, faulty update, hardware > overfilled hard disk. Even viruses can cause this. It is not a specific bug causing Spore. It is your pc or hardware that will do that
You should fix this error as soon as possible. Because it can come to a potential loss of data.
